Clinical Director, Clinical Neuropsychologist & Qualified Supervisor

Dr. Daema Pina-Delgado is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Director at Vita-Cog Community Health in Miami. She specializes in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for conditions such as ADHD, autism, mood disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, and immigration evaluations. Trained at Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center and the University of Miami, she combines clinical expertise with compassion to guide patients through complex diagnoses and healing. Clients often describe her as both highly knowledgeable and deeply empathetic, someone who helps them feel truly heard and understood.

Jacobo Elgozy, DO

Medical Director, Internist, Civil Surgeon

Dr. Jacobo Elgozy is the Medical Director at Vita-Cog, where he provides internal medicine, pediatric care, chiropractic services, and immigration medical exams. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, he is also a USCIS Civil Surgeon. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, Dr. Elgozy ensures that patients from all backgrounds feel comfortable and cared for. His patients appreciate his approachable style, his ability to explain clearly, and his commitment to treating the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Melissa Ibarra, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Associate Clinical Director

Melissa Ibarra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Associate Clinical Director who works with children, teens, and adults in Miami. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and family conflict, using CBT and DBT to give clients practical coping tools. Melissa is known for creating a warm and supportive environment where people feel safe to share their story. As Associate Clinical Director, she also mentors interns, extending her compassion and clinical excellence to the next generation of therapists.

Amanda Orozco, RMHCI

Annemarie Morales, LCSW

Annemarie Morales is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience.
